About the Chef
Giacomo originally came from Sicily, Italy. Leaving Italy when he was 17 years old, he opened a couple of restaurants, BAR LEO in LINLITHGOW and GIGI in EDINBURGH. At sea, Giacomo was the Executive Chef for Silversea cruise line , Crystal cruise line, and Travelmarvel Australia. He worked as Executive Head Chef from 2014 to 2017 in Oslo, at Olivia Aker Brigge, with 47 Chefs under his charge. He is now the proud Chef/Owner at Kaoglen Restaurant and a proud dad of twin boys, Antonio and Alessandro.
