About the Chef
Giacomo originally came from Sicily, Italy. Leaving Italy when he was 17 years old, he opened a couple of restaurants, BAR LEO in LINLITHGOW and GIGI in EDINBURGH. At sea, Giacomo was the Executive Chef for Silversea cruise line, Crystal cruise line, and Travelmarvel Australia.
